The printer is a device that helps represent or print graphics and the text on paper. These are the devices that are of tremendous use in the modern time. But sometimes the users get to face some printer problems which can be really irritating as it can be a hurdle in your work. So, Printer troubleshooting guide is the basic need of all the users who are working the printers. This guide will help you tackle various types of problems that you are facing.

Printer Problems can be caused by:-
Cable does not connect properly- Most of the printer problems occur because of the connections with the cables. Many a time you will find that your printer is working well but due to loose connections, it was not working.
Problem with wireless adapters or setting- If your connections are proper and still you are facing some of the problems then just check the wireless adapter settings, as the problems with adapter settings can also lead you to the not working printer.
Damaged printer drivers - The printer head sometimes get damaged due to improper handling and rough working. The printer and all the components must be handled with care and following all the procedures and precautions. As damaged components will lead you to problems with the printer.
Need update printer driver's-It might be the case that you would have switched from a previous working version of the Windows operating system to the new and updated windows. And in that case there is a possibility that the installed printer drivers do not support the new windows, so you need to update all your drivers.

Stage-1
1. Turn off the printer and unplug from the power source.
2. Open the printer cover to reveal the ink cartridges.
3. Remove the cartridges
4. Carefully remove the print-head from the printer. You must Handle with care to avoid damaging the components and the cable connection. Avoid using excessive force when you are disconnecting the cables.
5. Clean the print-head along with the ink cartridges.
6. Clean the contact pads with a contact cleaner or a good old pencil eraser.
7. Re-install the print-head first and then the ink cartridges thereafter before powering up the printer.
8. Run the Auto Head Alignmenttest print.
The complete Printer troubleshooting process would take some time depending on how thoroughly you want to clean the print-head and the cartridges. If the error still pops up, proceed to the next Stage.

Stage-2:
In this stage, you will need to have an internet connection and administrator access on a computer.
Update the printer drivers as well as the Printer Utility software.
Click Startfrom your Windows desktop and click Devices and Printers.
Right-click the printer installed with your system and click Properties.
Select theMaintenancetab and click Deep Cleaning.
Run a Nozzle Check from the Maintenance tab when the deep cleaning is done.
